What Jai can connect to today—and what comes later.

Each customer sees the status of its own connection. Cal.com booking actions require an approved, completed setup. Zapier sends only selected events. Planned connections are not available today.

SchedulingApproval required

Cal.com

For approved accounts, Jai can check availability, book, reschedule and cancel appointments. JAIS confirms access and tests your connection before enabling these actions. Google Calendar and Outlook connect through Cal.com, not directly to Jai.

Workflow bridgeBeta

Zapier

Send selected JAIS events to an approved Zapier Catch Hook so the business can continue the workflow in other tools. This is an outbound handoff, not live two-way access to every Zapier app. Each workflow needs testing.

CommercePlanned

Shopify

A future commerce connection for approved product, inventory, order, and customer actions. It is not available today.

CommercePlanned

Square

A future connection for approved catalog, inventory, customer, and appointment actions. It is not available today.

03How it works

Your tools. Clear permissions. A tested handoff.

01

Choose the connection

We confirm availability and plan eligibility first. An organization administrator then connects the supported provider inside Jai Console.

02

Authorize and verify

The business connects its own account, completes setup, and verifies the exact actions Jai may use.

03

Check the handoff

We test the approved booking actions or outbound event delivery. If a connection needs attention, restore and verify it before relying on the workflow.

A product that keeps listening

Built around the way you work. Improved by what you tell us.

We help you get more from Jai's supported connections. Missing something? Tell us. Your feedback helps shape what we build next.

01

Make the most of Jai.

We help you configure supported connections and test the handoff around your business, within your plan and agreed setup scope.

02

Help shape what comes next.

When a suggestion belongs in the shared product, JAIS funds its development and testing. There is no separate development fee for that shared feature. We release it at the appropriate plan tiers.

03

Build beyond Jai.

A private internal application, a business-specific migration or exclusive functionality may need a JAIS partnership. Scope, price, support and any reuse rights are agreed before work begins.

A suggestion starts a conversation, not a delivery promise. We review usefulness, reliability, security and ongoing maintenance, then explain availability and plan eligibility before a pilot.

Which handoff takes more time than it should?

Tell us the tools and the task. We'll look at supported setup first, a shared product suggestion next, or a separately scoped partnership when the work goes beyond Jai.
