What to include in the cost of phone coverage.
Minutes, setup and follow-up work all matter. Here is how to read Jai's current monthly plans.

Start with the calls you actually handle.
Look at handled minutes, typical call length and when coverage is needed. Include the time your team spends turning messages into useful next actions. A lower headline price isn't helpful if the service leaves the same work waiting for you.
When comparing providers, use their current quotes and terms. Don't assume all services include the same availability, integrations, capacity or human support.
Read the Jai plan and its overage together.
Starter is $149/month with 150 minutes and $1.49 per additional minute. Professional is $299/month with 400 minutes and $1.29 per additional minute. Elite is $549/month with 1,000 minutes and $0.99 per additional minute.
For example, 200 handled minutes on Starter would be $149 plus 50 × $1.49, or $223.50 for the monthly plan and usage. That illustration excludes the one-time setup fee, texting, additional numbers and applicable taxes. It is not a prediction of your bill.

The one-time setup fee is $100. You receive five free one-minute test calls; the 30 free days begin at go-live. Active cancellation before go-live refunds the setup fee. After go-live it is non-refundable. Test accounts that never go live close on day 15 after reminders, and the fee isn't returned.
Customer-care SMS requires carrier approval. Professional includes 500 messages and Elite 1,000; Starter can add 250 for $49/month. Additional messages are $0.05 each. Each extra SMS-enabled number is $39/month. Review the current pricing page and checkout for the full terms.
