Follow-up

Good inquiries get lost between the steps.

Sometimes the problem isn't a lack of interest. It's that nobody has a clear next action.

Find the place where the thread goes quiet.

Trace a few recent inquiries from first contact to the next conversation. Where did the details live? Who was meant to respond? Was a date or action agreed? You may find a process gap without needing another source of leads.

Don't count every unanswered inquiry as a lost sale. Look at what you can actually observe: unanswered requests, missing details, unassigned follow-up and whether someone eventually reached the customer.

Make ownership visible.

A clear record should say what was requested, how to reach the person and who handles the next step. Decide what a reminder should do and when the process needs a person to make a decision. Another notification only helps if somebody knows what to do with it.

Use automation for the repeatable part.

Jai captures call requests and summaries in the console. For coordination between tools, start with supported setup. Missing capabilities can inform shared product improvements; genuinely business-specific work beyond Jai can be separately scoped.

Approved customer-care texting can support requested follow-up. It is not permission to run a bulk marketing campaign or cold-list outreach. The relationship and the decision to contact someone still deserve care.

You don't have to automate everything. A useful first step can be enough.
